1. How do I get started?

** Read the ConquerAnxiety.com Operating Agreement. 

** Sign up. Fill out our quick and easy online registration form. You'll immediately receive a welcome e-mail that explains how to set up some quick links. We'll also include your Affiliate ID number so that you can log on to our "Members Only" Affiliate Training Center. It provides you access to links and helpful tips to boost sales. You'll also have access to 24-hour online traffic reporting so that you can keep track of your earnings anytime. We automatically approve your account after you sign up so that you can start earning right away!

Note: We review new accounts daily and reserve the right to remove any accounts that do not meet our requirements (e.g. objectionable content or accounts from Asia or Eastern Europe).

** Start Earning Referral Fees. Once you set up your link to ConquerAnxiety.com your job is done! You'll automatically be notified of the sales you generate. And you'll always have access to your earnings and traffic reports so that you can use that information to make the most of your relationship with us.

2. Is it free to become an Affiliate?

Yes. Joining our program is free and linking is easy. There are no minimum sales quotas. You can start earning right away.

3. Can any web site become an Affiliate?

Most web sites can become an Affiliate. Examples of web sites that would NOT qualify include: 

• Sites that promote pornography

• Sites that promote explicit language or themes

• Sites that promote violence

• Sites that violate intellectual property rights

• Sites that support discrimination based on race, sex, religion, age, physical disability, sexual orientation or national origin

• Sites that promote illegal activities

• Any other material we, at any time and in our sole discretion, deem objectionable 

4. Can I join if I live outside of the United States?
Yes. We have Affiliates from all over the world. All you need to join is a web site that does not contain objectionable material (e.g. the items listed in question 3).

Unfortunately, due to the history of fraud orders, we are unable to accept affiliates from Asia or Eastern Europe.

We suggest that you read the terms of the Operating Agreement before you join. Referral fees are paid in U.S. dollars and checks are held until you have $100 USD in commissions for international affiliates.

5. What does ConquerAnxiety.com sell?
We sell the Conquer Anxiety Success Program. It is a breakthrough CD audio and workbook self-help program for overcoming anxiety. It is geared toward the 40 million Americans that suffer from an anxiety disorder.

6. I don't much about HTML programming or how to add links. Will ConquerAnxiety.com help me?

Yes. We encourage non-profits to join our program.

In addition, when you log into the Current Affiliates area after you become an affiliate, you'll find Reports and the Affiliate Training Center. The Affiliate Training Center has a wealth of information on how to boost your sales. 

8. What sort of communications will ConquerAnxiety.com send me?
We will occasionally send you e-mails with marketing tips, up-to-date information on new banners, and other helpful resources.
 

 Referral Fees and Payment

1. How much does ConquerAnxiety.com pay me in referral fees?
We offer two commission structures to help maximize your earnings. We pay referral fees on our products AND on third party products we offer on our Wellness Store section.

Commissions on Our Products
You'll be paid 25% of the sales price on each Conquer Anxiety Success program. That's $61.75 per sale!

In addition, you'll receive an extra 10% commission on sales generated by your sub-affiliates. The following question (question 2) explains what sub-affiliates are and how you can earn money from them.

Commissions on Third Party Products
*NEW* You'll also be paid 5% of the sales price of any third party products in our Wellness Store, such as natural supplements. In addition, you'll receive an extra 1% commission on sales generated by your sub-affiliates. While this is a lower commission percentage than the commissions for our products, you get the repeat sales here, which can result in substantial commissions.

2. What are "sub-affiliates," and how do I earn money from them?
Sub-affiliates are people that visit your site and then become a ConquerAnxiety.com Affiliate. 

Example: Let's say you place a ConquerAnxiety.com banner on your site. Joe visits your site. He clicks on the ConquerAnxiety.com link, and decides that he'd like to promote our anxiety course on his web site: ABC Books. For every sale Joe generates from his ABC Books site, you'll earn a 10% referral fee: $24.70 each. 

Our Products
On the products that we create you earn 25% referral fee from the sales you generate, PLUS 10% referral fee from the sales your sub-affiliates generate.

Third Party Products
*NEW* On the third party products, such as the natural supplements on our store, you earn 5% referral fee from the sales you generate, PLUS 1% referral fee from the sales your sub-affiliates generate.

3. When and how do I get paid?
We will pay you referral fees on a monthly basis. The first week of the month you will be sent a check for your sales the month before. There are no minimum sales levels. 

(Note: For international affiliates only, checks are held until you have $100 USD in commissions.)

We offer our Conquer Anxiety Success Program customers two payment options. They can either pay in full or take advantage of our Easy-Pay option (4 installments). Whether you receive your referral fee in one payment or four payments depends on which payment option the customer has selected. Your commissions will be paid as the payments are received from the customer.  

If the customer selects the full payment option, you will be sent the $61.75 commission check the first week of the following month. For customers selecting the Easy-Pay option, you will be paid 25% of each payment as it is received (there are four installments) for a total of $61.75. 

4. How are orders tracked and credited to my site? 
All links from your site to ConquerAnxiety.com contain your unique Affiliate ID number. Every time a customer links to ConquerAnxiety.com from your site and makes a purchase, we know to credit your site for the sale. 

Our Affiliate Program software is managed by an independent third party. Their software keeps track of all visitors and sales and ensures that your sales are accurately and promptly credited.

5. Do I earn a referral fee if a visitor from my site does not purchase from ConquerAnxiety.com on the first visit but returns later to purchase?
Yes. Each visitor is tracked for six months (180 days), so even if the visitor doesn't buy on the first visit but returns later to purchase our course, you'll still receive credit for the sale. 

6. Does ConquerAnxiety.com have a reporting tool so I can track my traffic and earnings?
Yes. Once you join the program you'll have 24-hour real time access to traffic reports and earnings. You can view your statistics, grab linking code, or update your contact information. 

7. Does ConquerAnxiety.com automatically notify me when I generate a sale?
Yes. ConquerAnxiety.com sends you a notification e-mail each time you or your sub-affiliates generate a sale.

8. Do I have to meet a minimum sales quota to earn referral fees?
No. Unlike many other Affiliate Programs, we do not require that you reach a certain sales quota to earn referral fees. There are no minimums.

9. How are returns and disputes handled?
If for any reason a sale is charged back that you have been paid on, we will deduct the commission from your next payment period. Only a small percentage of orders are returned, but it is important that you are aware of this policy.

If there is a dispute over which Affiliate should get credit for a sale, we will research the matter, make a fair decision, and inform both parties of our decision.
