If you suffer from anxiety I'm here to tell you — you are not alone and you can feel better! I understand what you're going through... because I suffered from anxiety for almost twenty years. I'm thrilled to report that I am now anxiety-free and happy to be alive. YOU CAN BE TOO.   

It took more than fifteen years of suffering for me to understand that my physical symptoms and worried thoughts were anxiety. Before discovering the truth I spent years wondering what was wrong with me. I used to feel so bad that I literally couldn't get out of bed in the morning. Many days I didn't. 

I wondered why I felt so bad and no one seemed to notice. I wondered why the doctors kept telling me that I was OK when I knew that something was terribly wrong. I wondered if I was dying, going crazy, or both.

Here are some of the anxiety symptoms I experienced:

  • obsessive thinking
  • racing heartbeat
  • trembling
  • panic attacks
  • difficulty breathing
  • chronic fatigue
  • spinning sensations
  • racing thoughts 
  • negative thoughts
  • insomnia
  • hypochondria
  • numbness in my face, arms, and legs
  • feeling detached from my body
  • nausea, constipation, and stomach upset
  • crippling headaches
  • anticipatory anxiety
  • muscle tension
  • avoiding doing things that made me feel anxious
  • difficulty concentrating
  • moodiness
  • assuming the worst would happen
  • fear of social situations
  • tingling sensations
  • feeling like I was dying
  • feeling like I was going crazy
  • dizziness
  • fear of driving
  • terrifying flashbacks of traumatic childhood events
  • fear of the workplace
  • repeatedly checking the clock and other compulsive habits
  • hiding my feelings from others because I thought something was inherently "wrong" with me
  • agoraphobia

Out of frustration I sought advice from nutritionists, doctors, psychologists, and natural healers. I read countless books and research studies. I studied personal development and anxiety courses. I tried it all.

Although I learned a great deal from those years of research, most books and programs focused on telling me why I felt anxious, instead of showing me how to feel better. 

So I started applying the same skills I'd used in my twelve years as a trainer and learning expert to create a real, practical solution to conquering anxiety.
