Prisoner in my own life

Before discovering the tools in my Conquer Anxiety Success Program, I spent years wondering what was wrong with me. I used to feel so bad that I literally couldn't get out of bed in the morning. 

For almost twenty years I was a prisoner in my own life. I was living half a life, stuck in the vise-like grip of anxiety. My body was a wreck (from experiencing dozens of overwhelming physical symptoms every day), my mind was constantly stuck in a treadmill of obsessive thoughts, and I avoided most people, places, and situations in a futile attempt to avoid my anxiety because I was so afraid of feeling anxious. Out of frustration I sought advice from nutritionists, doctors, psychologists, and natural healers. I read countless books and research studies. I studied personal development and anxiety courses. I tried it all.
