In order for you to do wholesale
business with us,
you will need to set up
a free Account.
To set up your free Account, you will
need the following:

A
Business Name registered in the US. We cannot sell to anyone
who does not have a Legal Business Name registered.

Sales
Tax ID number for your Business. Businesses in all
States EXCEPT for AK, DE, MT, NH and OR are required
to have a Sales Tax ID.
If you have your business name, you
can set up your free Account now, and send us your
Sales Tax ID number by Fax or Mail. We will activate your Account,
allowing you to access our Confidential Pricing and Order System,
after a Faxed or Mailed copy of your Sales Tax ID
has been received.
